Refund Policy

At Talon Cuts Custom Apparel, Printing & Gifts, we take pride in creating unique, personalized items for our customers. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a specific refund and replacement policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction.

Custom Design Policy:

All custom designs are created based on the information and specifications provided by the customer. As such, we cannot offer refunds for design-related issues once the design has been approved and production has begun.  We encourage thorough review and confirmation of design proofs before final approval to ensure your satisfaction.
 

Product Issues and Replacements:

If there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We require photographic evidence of the issue to assess the situation and determine the best course of action.  Instead of issuing refunds, we will replace any product that has a verified defect or quality issue at no additional cost to you.
 

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their personalized nature, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or quality issue as described above.  Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
 

Return Shipping:

If a replacement is required due to a defect or quality issue, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item and the shipping cost of the replacement item.  For non-custom items being returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order is approved, it may be canceled without penalty only if the products have not yet been sourced. If production has already begun, cancellations may not be possible.
